This year marks the 25th anniversary of Impact100; a quarter century of women coming together, pooling their donations, and funding transformational change in communities around the world. To honor that milestone and to ensure the movement thrives for generations to come, we are launching the Luminary Society: a circle of committed supporters who link arms to power the capacity, learning, and infrastructure chapters need to launch, lead, and last.
What is the Luminary Society?
The Luminary Society is an invitation to step into a larger role in the Impact100 movement. Members commit an annual recurring gift of $1,000 to sustain the backbone that makes the movement possible. When you join, you are underwriting a future.
The leaders who will stand up in small towns and big cities, the chapters that will remove barriers for new members, and the community solutions that will be funded because you chose to light the path.
Why now?
Success brings demand. The Impact100 model has proven to be powerful and effective. Each year, more women and communities want to adopt it, and prospective founders seek to bring the Impact100 model to new communities.
To meet that growing demand, and to do so with excellence, equity, and care, we must invest in the unseen work: the training, the custom learning, the shared platforms, the peer convenings, the practical technical help and the living library of knowledge that make good launches great and good leaders resilient.

State of the Movement Updates
Luminaries receive status updates on how the Impact100 movement is growing before announcements are made publicly. The Impact100 Global team will keep Luminaries in the know about newly launched chapters, prospective founder inquiries, and existing chapter milestones.
Celebrated Recognition
The generosity and commitment of our Luminary Society members are recognized and celebrated in meaningful ways. Luminaries receive a commemorative enamel pin to honor their giving, are acknowledged on the Impact100 Global website and in our newsletter and are provided with a digital Luminary badge for use on websites, social media, and email signatures.

Who can be a Luminary?
Anyone who believes in the power of collective giving and is able to commit to an annual recurring gift of $1,000 may join. Members include individual supporters, leaders within chapters, friends of Impact100, and organizations. All are welcome; membership is inclusive.
How do I give?
The easiest way is to sign up on our secure pledge form and select the Luminary recurring gift option. We accept credit/debit and ACH. If you prefer to make a multi-year pledge, DAF gifts, stock gifts, or corporate matching, contact our team and we will provide step-by-step assistance.
What does the $1,000 support?
Your gift supports the broad, essential ecosystem that helps leaders and chapters succeed. That includes custom learning created for members, facilitated peer-to-peer networks, technical and operational support that reduces volunteer burden, a growing library of practical resources, and convenings that accelerate peer learning. In short, your gift strengthens the whole infrastructure that allows community generosity to scale.
Why make a multi-year pledge?
Multi-year pledges (3 or 5 years) provide predictability that allows us to plan longer-term investments and to move more quickly on strategic needs. If you can commit to a multi-year pledge, your generosity unlocks planning stability and deeper impact. We will honor multi-year commitments with thoughtful stewardship and transparent reporting.
What recognition do Luminaries receive?
Recognitions include invitations to private Luminary briefings, digital membership badges for website and social media, early updates on major initiatives, inclusion in an annual Luminary honor roll (opt-out option is available), and special invitations to convenings. The primary recognition is the impact you make; any public recognition is optional. We celebrate Luminaries in ways that respect your privacy and preference.
Will I receive updates about impact?
Yes. Luminaries receive regular updates that show how collective support is being used to strengthen leaders and chapters. Expect quarterly impact notes, an annual Luminary update, and invitations to occasional intimate briefings where you can ask questions and shape priorities.
Can my organization join as a Luminary?
Yes. Organizational Luminaries are welcomed. We will work with you to align the gift timing and recognition with your policies and goals.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Impact100 Global is a registered 501(c)(3). Gifts to the Luminary Society are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide a receipt for your donation.
What if my circumstances change?
We appreciate recurring support and understand life changes. You may pause, adjust, or cancel your recurring gift at any time by contacting our team. If you made a multi-year pledge and need to revise it, we are committed to finding a solution that honors your intent and current reality.
How is privacy handled?
We respect your privacy. We will not share your personal information without your consent. Any public recognition will only happen with your permission.

Luminary gifts support the general strengthening of Impact100 Global’s capacity to serve chapters. We commit to transparent stewardship and will provide Luminaries with regular reporting on outcomes and programmatic investments that flow from these funds. Specific fund allocation is guided by strategic priorities and shared with members through briefings and reports.
