The importance of giving has been instilled in Hailey from a very young age and she finds true joy in helping others. She believes there is no better way to empower women than to bring them together for good. Hailey is a current member of Impact100 East Bay and resides in Fairfield, California. She has also been a member of Impact100 Traverse City. She has volunteered on several projects for Impact100 Global including researching and developing marketing content, social media management, and collaborating to illuminate the power of Impact100 to new audiences.

Hailey has been immersed in Impact100 since its launch in 2001. She has traveled with her mom to various Impact100 events and celebrations where she’s connected with and been inspired by countless amazing women doing transformational work in their communities.

After receiving the benefits of inspiring teachers who drew out her strengths and taught her to advocate for her learning needs, Hailey vowed to pay it forward by helping future students receive this same gift. What began as student teaching and mentorship evolved into a role as a special education teacher. With a focus on empowering diverse learners to reach their highest potential, Hailey created student-specific plans to maximize success and leverage inherent skills and aptitudes.

In the 2023/2024 school year, Hailey was honored to receive the prestigious Teacher of the Year Award in recognition of her dedication and excellence in her work. A natural bridge-builder, Hailey was elected as a leader to mediate various school groups to ensure all voices were heard and consensus was reached among opposing viewpoints. To cultivate a culture of trust and respect while nurturing relationships around her school, Hailey founded and led a committee that planned team-building activities, social events, and teacher recognition.

In both her personal and professional lives, Hailey believes that uniting forces brings stronger and better results. By embracing the diverse gifts each person holds and understanding the strength in working together, Hailey strives to make an impact in the lives of others each day.
